Managing your inventory is easy. Adding new products is done via a simple step-by-step wizard that allows you to configure each aspect of the package. Multiple tax levels can be configured and applied on a per-country/state/user/package basis. Shipping options can be configured based on weight, number of items or invoice total. And package renewal terms can be intricately controlled as necessary.
Invoicing in IP.Nexus is designed to be as flexible as possible. Invoice statuses are intelligent, meaning that if you change a Paid invoice to Pending or Failed, IP.Nexus remembers the exact state the customer account was in, and restores it precisely. Custom invoices can be easily created for special situations, and you can customize the header and footer of your final invoices.
See everything IP.Nexus knows about your customers, on the customer overview screen. Everything your customer has done is logged and timestamped for easy reviewing. Custom customer fields are also supported, so that you can gather data specific to your needs. The customer notes feature allows you to add arbitrary information to an account for later use.
If you sell software with IP.Nexus, you can make use of the simple built-in licensing features. License keys can be generated when a package is purchased, in the format you specify and with the reuse restrictions you need. An XML-RPC API is included to enable you to validate license keys in your product.
