Fully Configurable
As you've come to expect from IPS software, IP.Gallery is fully configurable to meet the needs of your community. And in v3, it's even easier, because the settings are grouped in one central location in your control panel with all of our other applications.
Categories
Categories are virtual folders you can create for users to submit their photos to. Make categories about cats, places, events - whatever you want!
Albums
Albums are created by users themselves to store their photos. For example, a user might create an album to hold all photos they took at a particular gathering, making it really easy for other users to browse the whole collection.
Full media support
Your community isn't limited to photos! Users can also post videos Flash movies - providing you choose to allow it, naturally.
Slideshows
Users can create a slideshow of any album, click play then sit back and enjoy the photo experience.
eCards
For those photos that just have to be shared with someone, users can create customized eCards with a personalised message, and have it automatically sent via email to whoever they wish.
Watermarking
To prevent other websites from hotlinking your community images and using precious bandwidth, IP.Gallery can automatically watermark all images with your brand logo - customizable, of course.
Bandwidth metering
As administrator, you can specify bandwidth limits on a per-group basis. This means, for example, that your gallery could be configured such that guests can only view a number of images before they'd be prevented from viewing more until signing up as a full member.
EXIF & IPTC support
Modern digital cameras record valuable data along with photos, such as time, place, camera settings used and so on. IP.Gallery is able to extract this data and present it alongside the photos themselves.
Rate images
In line with all of our other applications, IP.Gallery naturally supports ratings, so users can collectively let everyone know which images are really worth checking out.
Fully integrated
IP.Gallery is an integrated part of your commuity. Settings can be changed in the control panel, latest images can be shown on your community homepage, albums can be posted to blog entries, and more. Users won't have to relearn a thing!
