Online users?
A user is 'online' if they are actively browsing your community, and for 15 minutes afterwards. All of our Hosted Community plans are based on the average number of users online in a 48 hour rolling window. Don't worry if you go over your plan's online user limit - we don't shut down your community. Instead, we'll automatically move you up to the next plan so that your community remains online.
