What happens if I go over my limits?
We are here to help you grow your community! Our staff will contact you if you consistently go over your limits and work with you to choose a package level that suits your community. If you exceed your limits as your community grows: don't worry. We would never simply shut your community down.IPS understands that community traffic can sometimes temporarily spike due to special events or seasonal changes. For example, if your community is about your favorite sports team and averages 8 people online at once you might choose the Basic 10 package. If your sports team wins a big game and your traffic temporarily spikes to 20 people online - no problem! We will not require you to upgrade or charge you any fees for that short-term increase in traffic.

2You can completely customize the look and feel of your community. You also have full access to the IPB hook and application system to install modifications. You cannot edit the actual PHP source code the software but note that all properly written hooks and applications do not require this.
