What are 'Online Users'?
The average number of users your community can have online at any one time, taken over a 2 day rolling period. A user is deemed to be online when they are actively browsing your community, and for 15 minutes afterwards, when their session expires. There is no restriction on the total membership of your community. Check out the FAQ for specifics on what happens if you exceed your package limits.
What if I go over the limits?
We understand community traffic can spike due to special events or unforeseen linking. If you do occasionally go over your package limit, don't worry - we don't simply shut your community down! For more regular overages, our staff will contact you to discuss choosing a more appropriate package for your community.
Am I tied to a contract?
No! You can cancel your Hosted Community package at any time. If you've pre-paid for a year, we'll refund your unused months. You own your community data, so you can take it with you if you leave us.

The average number of users your community can have online and browsing at any one time. We calculate your average through a 2-day rolling window. We don't shut off your community if you go over this figure, but we may ask you to upgrade your package.
Data and media including member records, posts, comments, attachments, avatars, skins, and other stored items count toward your storage.
The total membership of your community. We don't impose limits on the total number of members your community can have, only on how many are online at once (see 'Online Users').
The amount of data transferred from your community. We do not meter your bandwidth usage, however, if your usage greatly exceeds what would be expected, we may contact you to discuss other packages.
